Guardians of Honor collects only what is needed to receive inquiries, create basic member access, review applicants, and communicate with members.
Information Collected
The Begin form may collect your name, email address, password, phone number, age, written answers, IP address, browser information, and submission time.
How It Is Used
- To create your level 1 member login.
- To review your inquiry and determine next steps.
- To contact you about orientation, announcements, or membership questions.
- To protect the site from spam, abuse, and unauthorized access.
Who Can Access It
Inquiry information is intended for administrators responsible for reviewing applicants and maintaining the member system. It is not intended for public display.
Passwords and Sessions
Passwords should be stored as hashes by the backend, not as plain text. Login sessions are used to keep members signed in and to determine which portal sections they may access.
Account Removal
If you want your inquiry or account removed, contact an administrator and request removal. Some basic records may be retained temporarily when needed for security, abuse prevention, or administrative review.
