The Founding Path

The path begins with inquiry, but it does not end with interest. Every stage exists to test seriousness, build discipline, and protect the integrity of the brotherhood.

These are the founding stages of Guardians of Honor. Meeting rhythms, records, advancement details, and local chapter practices may mature over time, but the order of formation is already clear: inquiry, observation, discipline, oath, responsibility, and mature service.

Founding Stages

  1. Inquirer: A man who is considering the Order and asking whether the path is serious enough for him.
  2. Aspirant: A man who has expressed intent and is being observed for seriousness, humility, and fit.
  3. Novice: A man beginning disciplined practice, learning the code, and showing consistency.
  4. Oathsworn: A man who has formally committed to the brotherhood and its duties.
  5. Warden: A trusted man who helps guard standards, order, and accountability.
  6. Guardian: A mature member who embodies the mission and helps strengthen others.

How Advancement Works

Advancement is not automatic. A man moves forward by demonstrated conduct, faithful participation, teachability, lawful behavior, and the judgment of those responsible for guarding the standards.

The founding path may be refined as the Order grows, but no title outruns character.
